Ninh Binh phophaste fertilizer join stock company, previously known as Ninh Binh phosphate fertilizer factory, was established in 1977; from January 1, 2005 the company moved to a model in which the State shares held dominant shares 51% of capital rules, is one of four companies largest phosphate producer in Vietnam, a member enterprises Chemical Corporation, Vietnam.
